Every OMNIDESK comes with a guide for assembly that will enable you to assemble it step by step. If you are not comfortable with self assembly, an optional onsite assembly service is also available during check out.

If you have opted for self-assembly but find that you still require a specialist, we will still offer that option to you. There will of course be a nominal transport fee of $30 on top of the onsite assembly fee. Just contact us at sales@theomnidesk.com for more details.

How to install the castors onto the Omnidesks?

The castors are threaded and should be able to screw in by hand. It has an M8x10mm threaded stem. You can remove the existing rubber feet on the desk feet and replace them with the castors. A tool may be needed to adjust the bolt accordingly if you are facing difficulties installing it.

How much weight can the castors support?

The castors can support all our current Omnidesk models with a max load of 130kg on the desk.

How much taller will be the Omnidesk be with the castors.

The castors will increase the base height by about 5cm.

Will the onsite assembly option for my Omnidesk purchase include the installation of the castors?

Yes, it will!

If you already have an existing Omnidesk, you can write in an email to sales@theomnidesk.com to purchase the wheels and opt to add on an assembly option at a cost of $30 just for the installation of the castors to your existing Omnidesk**. Alternatively, you can purchase the castors from our website and do the installation yourself.

**We will have to flip the desk to install the castors. Please remove your equipment and setup on your Omnidesk before the arrival of our assembly team. Delivery charges may still apply.

Before operating the table please take note:

• Make sure no obstacles are in the desk’s path.
• Make sure that the desktop is not touching the walls.
• Make sure all cords are appropriate length to accommodate the change in height.

It is highly recommended to RESET the desk prior to use.

• (Desk with "Error: E01 / E02 / E07 / E08")
  Press and hold the DOWN button for about 7 Second until it show "RST(ASR)"
• Once the desk is at "RST(ASR)", press and hold the DOWN button until the desk reaches the lowest height.
• Release the DOWN button
• Press and hold the DOWN button again till the LED display reads "RST(ASR)"
• Release the DOWN button
• Press and hold the DOWN button again until the desk lowers a little bit more, slightly rises and stops.
• Release the DOWN button. Your desk is now ready to use.

If your desk is not functioning properly, you may need to perform the reset.

Use the UP/DOWN button to find a desired height, then press logo button followed by the number 1-4.

To lock the handset:
Press and hold the “M” button (about 8 seconds) until the LED display switches to “S-“ and then to “LOC”. Release the button.

To unlock the handset:
Press and hold the “M” button (about 8 seconds) until the LED switches from “LOC” to the height display. Release the button.

Press the DOWN button until the desk reaches the lowest height.
Release the DOWN button.
Measure the distance from your floor to the top surface of the desk. If the number on the LED display does NOT match your measurement. You can change this number following these steps:

• Press and hold DOWN button until the LED display shows “RST”.
• Press and hold the logo button (about 5 seconds) until the LED displays shows the blinking height.
• Use the UP/DOWN button to change the value of the starting height till it matches your measurement.
• Wait about 5 seconds until the display return to “RST”.
• Finish the reset process by pressing and holding the DOWN button again until the desk lowers a little bit more, slightly rises and stops. Release the button.

Make sure the power is ON and a number reads in the LED display
(if no number appears, please follow the Troubleshooting method below)

• To Set the Upper-Limit Position:
  Use the UP/DOWN Buttons to move the base to the desired maximum-height position. Press the “M” button and release. Press the UP button and release. The LED display will flash “S-“. Press and hold the “M” button (about 2 seconds) until the LED display changes to “999”. The display will automatically return to the selected height. The new upper limit is now set.
• To Remove the Upper/Lower Limit Positions:
  Press and hold the “M” button until the LED display flashes “S-“ and then release it. Within 5 seconds, press the “M” button again and hold for 2 seconds. The LED display will change to “555” and then automatically return to the height display. The upper and lower limits are now removed.

If the LED display shows “HOT”, let the motor cool down for 20minutes.

If the LED display shows an error message (“Er1”- “Er13”), ensure that all your wired connections is secure. All your wired connections should include:

• Legs to control box for both sides
• Control box to control handset
• Power cable for the control box

Our signature table tops are made from the highest grade MDF wood and cured with our specially formulated powder coated surface. What separates us from the rest of the pack in terms for furnishing is this micro-textured powder coat surface made for mouse tracking, enabling the desk to function as a giant mouse-pad.

We have also engineered the perfect ergonomic curve for the best standing desk experience. With a perfectly angled curve, standing and leaning with forearms on the edge of the desk no longer causes pinched nerves in the long run.

Everyday Care and Cleaning:

Severe dirt and fluids should be removed immediately by a dry cotton cloth for everyday's cleaning.

DO NOT use the following solutions for cleaning of table tops;
- Harsh Cleaner or Solutions (Such as Thinner)
- Alcohol based solvent cleaner

Treatment of Stains:

Normal Stains
Stains which are not removable by wiping with a dry cloth can be removed by wiping a damp cotton cloth over the affected area. Do always use a dry cotton cloth to wipe it dry as soon as the stain is removed.

Grease Stains
Wipe a damp cotton cloth over the affected area. Wipe dry with a dry cotton cloth. If necessary, dip the cloth in a mild soap solution or detergent dissolved in water, wring the cloth nearly dry and wipe the troubled area. Immediately, dry with a clean soft cloth.

The table top material used in both of this Collection / Series are made of Solid wood. Based on the humidity and temperature of the area, these live wood will expand and contract slightly. It varies in grain and colour depending on the location of that tree. It may also be subjected to slight colour changes under artificial light or by being exposed to sunlight. Lighter woods will become darker in colour with age whereas darker woods will fade. This is a natural process and not a defect. 

Everyday Care and Cleaning

Solid wood tops are made to last and with proper care, it will almost be indestructible. Severe dirt and fluids should be removed immediately. We recommend to use a dry cotton cloth for everyday's cleaning, it should be done in the direction of the wood's grain.

• Omnidesk's Warranty will cover the electronic parts such as the lifting mechanism and the motor for 3 years.
• Omnidesk's Warranty will cover missing materials from the products at the time of delivery.
• Omnidesk's Warranty will cover defects in the manufacturing of materials used for the products at the time of delivery.
• Omnidesk's Warranty will cover major defects in the functionality of the lifting mechanism.
• Warranty for all accessories are covered for one year unless otherwise stated.
• An additional 2-year warranty extension can be purchased within the 1st year from the delivery date of your Omnidesk.
• An additional 2-year warranty extension (For existing and new customers of Ascent, Pro, Pro L-Shaped and Minidesk) and additional 3-year warranty extension (Embrace Pro) can be redeemed by posting images of your setup on Facebook or Instagram. • An Additional 3-year warranty extension (For existing and new customers of Ascent, Pro and Pro L-Shaped) for Omnidesk Rewards sign ups.

Subjected to the following:

• Replaced parts will be recollected by Omnidesk.
• Any replacement parts shall be fully provided by Omnidesk, any shipping costs shall be half-borne by the consumer.
• To benefit under this warranty, Omnidesk must be notified of any defect within 1st week of the occurrence of such defect via an image or video of the relevant defect sent electronically to sales@theomnidesk.com
• This warranty shall be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.

What our warranty does not cover:

• Damage on Omnidesk products (desk frames, table tops or accessories) caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water-damage, flood, fire or other acts of natural and external causes. This includes wear and tear damage as well.
• Consequential or incidental damage, whether resulting from the use, misuse or inability to use this product or from defects in the product.
• Damages caused to the Omnidesk or the accessories during self-assembly due to failure to adhere to relevant self-assembly manual instructions provided.
• Damages caused to the Omnidesk or the accessories during self-modification.
• Wildwood, Wildwood+, Ichi Collection, ChopValue and Eco Bamboo Tops:
  
  Owning the abovementioned table top means having a unique desktop like no other, hence every grain pattern, knots and hairline cracks can and will be found on these naturally produced wood. Minor hairline cracks that you may see and find adds to the character of your one-of-a-kind desk and will not be noticeable during normal uses of the desk. Every single piece of those will have its own characteristics.

Limited warranty:

• Omnidesk reserves the rights to determine whether a benefit under this warranty may be claimed and decide whether a component should be repaired or replaced.
• Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part or material only
• In the scenario where Omnidesk determines that a benefit under this warranty can be claimed, the cost of repair and replacement of the defective part or material shall be borne by Omnidesk.
• Replaced parts may vary in colour and texture to the original.
• Warranty will end immediately if the product becomes defective as a consequence of misuse or lack of proper care and maintenance, or commercial use.
• This warranty only applies to the original purchaser only who may not assign or transfer any benefit conferred by this warranty and a person who is not the original purchaser shall not have any rights to benefit from any of these terms and conditions.
• Warranty covers parts replacement only. Labour/transport cost of $30 will be borne by the customer for the engineer to be onsite.

Effective date:

• The warranty is effective as of the date of delivery.

You may cancel the order any time one day before the scheduled delivery date.

All return and refund decisions made by Omnidesk is FINAL.
